One of the reasons we believe staff work so hard at Richmond is that our students are such positive people to be around!  Whether it be in lessons or outside of them students are respectful, positive and really keen to engage with learning in all its forms. 

At the same time, we have clear systems of consequences supported by a great pastoral team to ensure that the focus on all our work is with students and their learning.
